The goal of this program is to get closer to performing an unassisted nordic curl (and improve overall athleticism). Each day has been designed to train various contraction types of the nordic curl. The program undulates in volume throughout the week to keep you progressing from week to week while maintaining your ability to recover. 

Nordvember Performance Program

    • You have been training for at least 1 year and are comfortable with barbell/dumbbell based movements/lifts.
