The goal of this program is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and training, and to improve movement capacities and options. Each day has been designed to train various capacities and movements of the spine.

Trunk Restorative Performance Program (8 Weeks)

    • You have recently finished physical therapy for mid-back and/or low back pain and are looking to transition back to training.
    • You want to improve your movement options to help get you back to the activities that you love/enjoy.
    • You are comfortable with barbell/dumbbell based movements/lifts.
    • You value quality programming designed to be efficient and to-the-point (no "junk" volume).
